Directions to the Ranch

Our main entrance gate has moved back to its original location when the Ranch was founded in 1936. Our entrance gate is located at 1850 Smoke Tree Lane.

From the Palm Springs International Airport

  • Exit the Airport and go straight on Tahquitz Canyon Way
  • Turn Left on Sunrise Way
  • Turn Left on E. Palm Canyon Way
  • Turn Right on Smoke Tree Lane
  • Proceed straight ahead to the Smoke Tree Ranch entrance gate

From Los Angeles

  • Traveling East on interstate 10, take the Palm Springs/Highway 111 Exit
  • Once you reach Downtown Palm Springs, Highway 111 turns into Palm Canyon Drive
  • Follow this road for about ten minutes
  • Cross Sunrise Way
  • Go one block further (past Smoke Tree Village Shopping Center)
  • Turn Right on Smoke Tree Lane
  • Proceed straight ahead to the Smoke Tree Ranch entrance gate

From San Diego

  • Take I-15 Freeway North to the I-215 Freeway North
  • Then take the 60 Freeway East to the I-10 Freeway East
  • Take I-10 to the Palm Springs / Highway 111 Exit
  • Once you reach Downtown Palm Springs, Highway 111 turns into Palm Canyon Drive
  • Follow this road for about ten minutes

From Orange County

  • Take the 55 Freeway North to the 91 Freeway East
  • Then take the 60 Freeway East to the I-10 East
  • Take I-10 to the Palm Springs / Highway 111 Exi

  • Take the Gene Autry Trail Exit and go South (left)
  • Follow Gene Autry Trail (past Vista Chino; past Ramon Road)
  • Turn Right on East Palm Canyon/Highway 111
  • Turn Left on Smoke Tree Lane
  • Proceed straight ahead to the Smoke Tree Ranch entrance gate
