| Nestled among acres of open desert, the Ranch House Dining Room and Lounge are at the heart of the Ranch. With a renewed focus on our food and beverage program, the Dining Room has been refurnished with Old Hickory chairs, and new windowed doors that open the dining room's indoor "porch" to gentle desert breezes, the croquet lawn, and the magnificent views beyond. Relaxed outdoor dining beside a new rock fire pit is another way guests are able to enjoy the desert setting. The solid beam dining room ceiling has been enhanced with tongue-and-groove construction to match the existing lounge ceiling, while the lounge has been completely refurnished - perfect for relaxing next to the cozy fireplace after dinner.
Chef Tony Marks and his staff are excited to be featuring a variety of new services along with an updated menu. Our lunch menu continues to provide many old favorites, with the addition of new items, including selections for the health-conscious.
The age-old tradition of entering the kitchen to select your dinner entrée from the Chef is alive and well, and will continue to be offered over select dates. In addition, we now offer a new a la carte dinner menu, with plated service, allowing guests to sit back, relax, and enjoy the evening.
To enhance your evenings, we have revived the tradition of nightly poolside bar service in the Kiva, which has been updated with new furnishings, flat-screen television, and friendly bartenders. This is a great opportunity to mingle with Colonists and Ranch Guests.
Your favorite premium cocktails and wines are also available in the Ranch House Dining Room.
